- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Software, downloadable products, or products with digital content.
- Items that have been personalised, customised, or modified.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.
3. Return Process

- Include the RA number on the return package and ship the item back to us at your own expense.
- Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund

- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 5% may apply unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Exchanges

- Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.
