SALE TERMS:
1. It is hereby informed that “www.omegacomputronix.com/” or its parent concern “Omega Computronix”, which is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer.
2. Our responsibility ceases at the moment goods leave our warehouse.
3. Materials sold are spares and components of computers and do not form the complete system in full. The above goods are only in the form of components/sub-assemblies / and not a New PC unless it is specified as a “New PC System”.
4. Any products purchased from us for any special usage in an abnormal environment i.e. Other than normal usage will result in a warranty void and null.
5. No Customer can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of terms & conditions.
6. Physical damage/mishandling of products / Tampering of warranty stickers – do not cover warranty. All products sold by us require technically qualified PC Hardware engineers for installation.
7. The court at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes arising out of this sale contract
WARRANTY TERMS:
1. All products sold by us carry only a carry-in warranty. Shipping charges (To & From) to the service center have to be borne by the customer.
2. Where the words “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned it means the warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Distributor.
3. We request the customer to send a copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes always when there is a service problem for products. Shipping will be paid by the customer for the same.
4. Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair/replacement only if they are in good physical condition. Products with broken/burnt/damaged pins/pen/pencil markings, cracks, missing/tampered components/warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void in the above conditions.
5. Warranty clause stands void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment for any reasons causing damage to the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem & etc. On the basis that under normal conditions there would have been no damage to the product.
6. Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturer warranty policy. In case the manufacturer has a local service center then for warranty the customer has to approach the service center directly with the purchase details.
7. Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer/ supplier warranty policy.
8. We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, Software CDs / DVDs & outer box packing.
9. Results of warranty items will be known in a couple of weeks, (minimum time 2-4 weeks) subject to supplier/manufacturer’s approval.
10. Any service litigations or problems have to be addressed directly to the manufacturer/distributor/company’s direct dealer addresses only. “We want to assure you that we cannot be held accountable for any legal issues that may arise as a result.”
11. Customer Care Center working time: Monday to Saturday – 11.00 am to 8.00 pm, Sunday-Holiday.

We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Chennai, India.

● Omega Computronix Values the privacy of information about its associates. We do not use or disclose information about your visits to our website or any information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside sources.
● Omega Computronix will not use information about you without your permission and will provide the means for you to manage and control the information that you have provided. We will enable you to communicate your privacy concerns to us and we will respond to them appropriately.
For International buyers:
● You can Place an order (Self / Gifting) for delivery within INDIA. We Do Not Ship outside of India
For domestic buyers:
● Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
● Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
● Omega Computronix is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
● Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
● Omega Computronix is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
● Payments: Omega Computronix is proud to use RazorPay Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.
Shipping Charges Information:
1. Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on the specific items in your order and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be
sent to your email or WhatsApp number after entering your shipping address and successfully placing your order. Shipping rates may vary depending on:

In the unfortunate case of an order being canceled by us, we will keep you posted on the same and 100% of your payment will be credited back to your bank account.
